Pattern Description:

Patty Cake was designed as an entry for Design Wars round 6. Inspired by my favourite photo of my daughter, I wanted to design something that showed my skill but made me step outside of my comfort zone a little. I had never designed a doll before but I was ready for a challenge!

She is the perfect, huggable size, about 12" tall. Soft and sweet, she is the perfect guest for tea parties and sleepovers.

Patty's clothes are changeable; The shirt, jeans and apron are fastened with snaps.

Pattern includes instructions to make a rolling pin and bowl, and a link to the "Tea Party Cupcakes" is provided for those who wish to make cupcakes to go with their doll.

New outfit options and a little boy hair option are also in the works, keep your eyes open!

It's so much fun having a little one to make things for! I started making hats and small clothing items to show her off in. Soon people were asking me if I sold hats. Hats lead to stuffed toys and writing patterns for them! Pattern ...
