Are these nativity characters decor, dolls or puppets? They can be all 3! Use these awesome kid friendly nativity figures to teach little ones about the Christmas story! Standing 5" tall, Mary and Joseph are just the right size for little hands to hold. This set would make a wonderful keepsake handmade heirloom for any family to be used year after year!

As a Mom with a 3 and 9 year old, I appreciate crochet projects which are both cute and functional. This design was weeks in the making and I'm hoping you love it as much as all the kids around us do!

Love it and want more? Check out my shepherd and sheep pattern as well as my kings pattern!

Gauge isn't as important as a tight stitch for this pattern. If you crochet loosely, you may want to use a slightly smaller hook.

Materials:

  • Crochet hook size G6/4.0mm
  • 20-75 yards of each color (yardages and yarn recommendations included in pattern)
