Pattern Description:

Maggie is a Nattypat pup that you can crochet. She is crocheted in rounds in a continuous spiral and her legs rotate so you can position her standing, sitting or sleeping. The pattern comes with visual aids and links to video tutorials for all required stitches and techniques to complete the project. Not critical for this project.

To make Maggie smaller or larger, select a different weight yarn and adjust hook size to ensure tight stitches. No stuffing should be visible through the stitches.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 7 x 4 x 2.5 inches (17.5 x 10 x 6.5 cm) excluding tail

Materials:

  • black or tan worsted acrylic yarn
  • E-4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain tight stitches
  • two 3/8 inch (10 mm) safety eyes
  • fiberfill stuffing
  • black embroidery floss
  • scrap of 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) wide ribbon
  • locking stitch markers
  • tapestry needle (large eye for worsted yarn
  • sewing needle (small eye for embroidery floss)

Suggested yarn:

250 yards of Worsted weight
