Pattern Description:

Hip Hop Hurray is another pattern that I started from a drawing - I don't always do that but for nearly all of the frogs I designed, I did start with a picture that I drew. I was an art major in school and enjoyed drawing realistic things - funny how that turned in to doodling a silly happy frog and then making it 3d out of yarn...

At my last house, I had a fish pond. Don't get me wrong, I loved my koi but it was my big bullfrog that I enjoyed the most out of it. He would hang out on the back patio most nights and my poodle used to thrill to get a sight of him. Buster, my poodle, never attacked my bullfrog, but the two of them seemed to have a fun time getting close to each other. I caught them nearly nose to nose once!

So needless to say, I love designing frogs!

This original CraftyDeb crochet amigurumi pattern is designed by Deb Richey.
