Pattern Description:

This quick and easy doll makes a great gift for the fairy-tale fan in your life. Anna is the same size as my other Princess dolls, with Japanese-inspired "kawaii" big-head/small body cuteness. Pattern includes written instructions and photos showing how to make all parts of the doll, including the hair and removable cape.

Finished doll is about 5 inches (13 cm) tall, 2.5 inches (7 cm) wide at base, and stands on its own. Snow Queen doll is also available in my pattern shop.

Pattern is for those with beginner-to-intermediate crochet skills and basic needle-work skills. Doll parts are made in spiral rounds. To make doll, you will need to know how to:
-- read a crochet pattern

-- slip stitch
-- single crochet
-- single crochet decrease or invisible decrease
-- half-double crochet
-- double crochet

Pattern includes:

  • (2) 9 mm black eyes with safety backs
  • polyester fiberfill
  • pink embroidery floss

  • sewing machine
  • magenta and rust sewing thread
  • masking tape
  • paper
  • 5.5 x 8.5 inch cardboard
  • polyvinyl pellets, beans, rice, or vase gems for bottom weight
  • nylon stocking or mesh fabric to hold weights
  • worsted weight acrylic yarn in black, turquoise, off-white, rust and magenta
