My name is Christine Lucas. I started crocheting when I was 8 years old and haven't stopped since. I had my first book, Huggable Crochet published in 2011. I'm not really a knitter, but I know how to. I also like to sculpt and design and build my own furniture. But...pretty much love anything crafty!View all patterns by designer (30) »
NEW FEATURE: This pattern comes with five pages of step by step photographs to aide you in the construction of your Frog.
This little guy was created from my own original pattern. His finished dimensions are 9"L x 8"H x 4"W (Width measurement is taken from hip to hip. Measurements do not include any width or length that the legs and toes add.) He was made with worsted weight yarns and since weight 4 yarn is the most popular among vendors, your color options are endless. The pattern includes a list of the yarns that I used along with a list of all the materials and photos needed to make this project a success!
What you need to know: Chain, slip stitch, single crochet, single crochet decrease, sewing, whip stitch, and embroider. If you need help with any of these stitches, please visit my website for illustrated stitch tutorials. www.scarecroworiginals.com
I rated this pattern a 4 difficulty level, because of the manipulation involved in creating the legs. But, take your time, refer to the photos and you'll do just fine.
Pattern is available in U.S. English only.
