Amigurumi Crochet Pattern.
Emily is as sweet and stripy as a candy cane. Her A-line smock dress has a lovely lacy detail around the hems and smart little bell sleeves. Her hair is one of her crowning features and can be styled in many different ways. Try pig tails, pony tails, braids, leave it loose or even cut it short. Your Emily, your choice!
Pattern includes detailed instructions and clear photographs to help you create this classic doll that is sure to appeal across the ages!
Easy and fun to make using only single and half double crochet stitches. Emily can be customised by simply changing her hair, skin or dress color. Size can be adjusted by changing the size of your crochet hook.
Emily doll will measure approx. 15" (38cm) tall when made with light worsted weight (DK/8 ply) yarn and a size D (3.25mm) Hook or 13" (33cm) with the same yarn and a size C (2.75mm) hook.
This pattern is written in American crochet terminology and includes a handy stitch conversion chart so you can translate to British crochet terms instead should you wish to.
I love experimenting with textiles of all kinds. I am currently totally loopy for amigurumi. I hope you like my collection of patterns. I am working on adding more as often as I can. I have more wool in my stash than I could ever possibly use, but I still I intend to buy more! (Lots more!!)
