Basic Skills Necessary:

  • dc/sc = UK double / US single crochet
  • inv.dc2tog/sc2tog = Invisible UK double crochet 2 sts together / Invisible US single crochet 2 sts together
  • tr/dc = Treble / Double Crochet
  • FPtr/FPdc = Front post Treble / Double Crochet
  • BPtr/BPdc = Back post Treble / Double Crochet
  • rev.dc/ = UK reverse double crochet / US reverse single crochet

Pattern Description:

A charming little bunny amigurumi to sit sweetly on your shelf which can be transformed into the Easter Bunny in the holidays to carry coloured eggs in his basket to the homes of good boys and girls.

Each little bunny has his own personality and is sure to be loved for years.

Made from 8ply / yarn weight #3; all my patterns feature both UK and US stitch terminology (stitch guidance included in pattern)

4 dc/sc = 1 inch / 2.5 cm

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Finished bunny measures = 24 cm / 9.5 inches high sitting down and 35 cm / 14 inches from toes to tip of his ears.


  • 4 mm (US size G)
  • 5g of dark brown double knit yarn
  • 5g of white double knit yarn
  • 30g of sandy brown double knit yarn
  • Scraps of black yarn

You Will Also Need:

  • Yarn needle
  • Stitch marker
  • 2 x 9mm black safety eyes
  • Polyester toy stuffing
  • Ribbon
