This basic bear pattern set is sized to make families of bears that you can personalize! Make a set using your own family as the inspiration!

These bears are big, but they do finish up quickly so do not hesitate to make someone - or yourself - a big set of bears!

Gauge:

There is no gauge given however the tighter your stitches, the less stuffing will show through. If you can see air between your stitches, use a smaller hook.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 11', 14', 17" & 21" tall when made with worsted weight yarn

Materials:

  • 8 1/2 oz yarn - main color - largest bear
  • small amount of accent color - each bear

You Will Also Need:

  • fluff/polyfill
  • stitch/row markers
  • row counter
  • Size G hook
  • 21mm. 18mm, 15mm, 12mm safety eyes - or buttons. Eyes can also be embroidered.
