I just loved making this top hat. I can't stop making them and decorating them. I am now making a bunch for my granddaughters Mad hatter party coming up.....There is no end to how you can decorate them. Use on a headband, as a centerpeice, as a dog or doll hat, even stuff and add felt on bottom to make a pin cushion.....
I would like to add that you may sell anything you make from this pattern as long as you link it back to my pattern page.....
