I am the founder of Crochet Ala Carte and a free-lance crochet designer and Instructor. I am also a proud Professional member of the Crochet Guild of America (CGOA) and the current CGOA Mentor Coordinator. I love learning new crochet techniques (one of my favourites is free form crochet! :) and incorporating beads and charms into my finished items. I also like to be environmentally friendly and use upcycled items in my designs when I can.
My patterns have appeared in 3 Leisure Arts crochet afghan books - #5632 "Treasury of Holiday Crochet", #4422 "Afghans for all Reasons and all Seasons" and #4883 "24-Hour Crochet Baby Afghans", as well as A Needle Pulling Thread magazine - Spring 2008 and Inside Crochet magazine - January 2011, Issue 13.
I have a shop on Ravelry "Deidre Eyles Deisgns" where I sell my crochet patterns as well.
