All my life I've been busy with all kinds of crafting as a hobby and I have a creative job as a florist in my little hometown here in the Netherlands. A few years ago I rediscovered crocheting and I started designing my own crochet patterns. I hope you like my designs and enjoy crocheting them as much as I do !
Thanks for visiting and purchasing from my shop !
This PDF pattern will guide you to crochet a hot water bottle cover as shown in picture, made from soft acrylic worsted weight yarn and crochet hook G (4 mm).
With fiberfill instead of a hot water bottle you could use it as a pillow.
Cover will fit any standard rubber hot water bottle, size 7,87 x 10,63" (20 x 27 cm) measured excluding spout.
This friendly whale can be made from wool or cotton as well. (suitable for crochethook G)
There will be an opening on the backside to insert your hot water bottle easily, with a button closure. Finished size will be approx. 16.2 x 7.9 (41 cm x 20 cm)
This pattern is my own original design and is written in english, in US terminology.
Used stitches: single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, bead stitch (explained in pattern).
5 single crochet = 1 (2,5 cm)
