Pattern Description:

This rustic brown reversible afghan offers a lot of warmth on a cold evening to snuggle up and watch a movie. A soft blue throw option is also provided.

These afghans are not as complicated as they look! The reversible design for the Rustic Brown option was achieved by alternating rows of brown with tan, red, off-white and black, using a combination of sc and long hdc which are worked into the previous row. The Soft Blue option is worked similarly with medium blue, light blue, off-white, tan and dark blue. The long hdc are worked with the main color on odd rows and the contrasting colors on even rows creating the reversible effect. The main color rows are woven in at the ends, and a length of yarn is left at each end on all the contrasting color rows for the fringe. Design charts are included with the pattern.
