This is a money saving combo pack that includes the Pigs on a Blanket Afghan pattern and the Piggy Pig Stackers Doll patterns. Both of these patterns are also available individually. If you would like the pattern for the blanket separate, please contact me and I will list it separately.

The Pigs on a Blanket directions and yarn requirements are given for a 40" square however as many or as few blocks can be used. You can adjust the size of the finished blanket by adding or removing blocks. The trim will work out no matter how many or how few blocks in whatever combination you use.

The Piggy Pig Stackers are one of my favorite doll patterns! I love their shape and they're quick and easy to make!

Gauge:

For the blanket, 14 dcs and 7 rows = 4"

For the dolls, gauge is not critical for this project, however
the tighter you crochet, the less stuffing you
will see through your stitches.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • The Pigs on a Blanket Afghan measures 40" square but can be resized in by adding more or removing blocks
  • When made with worsted weight yarn, expect your Piggy Pig Stackers to be 6 1/2" long & 5" tall, 5 1/2" long & 4" tall and 3 1/2" long & 2 1/2" tall.

Materials:

  • Worsted weight yarn in various colors
  • J hook for afghan, G hook for doll

You Will Also Need:

  • 12mm & 9mm safety eyes plus small black beads were used to make these samples however eyes can be embroidered or buttons can be used.
  • Yarn needle

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Red Heart Super Saver was used for this sample however any brand of worsted weight yarn will work.

Colorway:

See item description.
