I have been patient and asked for help many times and have not received any kind of reply to my question. The only reply I got from Cute and Kaboodle was for me to try a procedure that I already had told them I had tried many times. I am very disappointed, since they said if you had a problem just ask. I have asked on this site and have emailed Justyne.

I replied to your e-mail with a question and expected an answer before explaining the thing further I got no reply, so I thought you have things figured out. Plus, as you know (because my husband relied to your e-mail before I had a chance) I've been in hospital with my newborn, so yes, I have a backload of e-mails to answer and may be slower than usual. I'm really sorry you haven't got a repply earlier, but I really thought you don't need help anymore when you hasn't answered.
To reply your question:
I simply cut the color and crochet over the end with the next row (or simply weave them in at the end, but crocheting over seems simpler.

And about the help I provided for not being able to get the file - I didn not get any messge describing how you tried to tackle it, just that you can't do it, so linking a Craftsy help tip for downloading the pattern seemed the best way to answer, especially that if this does not work, you should contact Craftsy as there must be some kind of error and I couldn't describe the process of getting it differently.

I did reply to your email more than once. I did contact Craftsy and they emailed the pattern to me. So I have the pattern now. I just needed the answer to my question but just figured it out on my own, because I got no reply. I appreciated the reply from your husband. I did not know what happened but said in my email to you that I hoped you were better, and I hope everything is going well for you. Thank you for answering my question.

I'm really sorry, but I haven't seen any of these e-mails, really. I have no idea how it happened, but I do treat my business seriously and I try to do my best to provide pattern support. I can't turn back time, so I hope you have no hard feelings, but if you do and if you feel there's something I can do to change that, please let me know.

No, everything is fine on my end now. I got the pattern and the answer to my question, and that was all I wanted. I am one of those people who think they have to do everything just by the pattern and get frustrated when I think I might be doing it wrong. I wish I wasn't so much that way, and could go more with the flow. Thank you for your help and hope things are going well for you. I do have another question, but will email that to you.

Glad to hear that! I haven't got any e-mails from you yet. If you sent it, my inbox must be blocking something, you can try sending messages to kacprzak_justyna at wp.pl. Best wishes!

Could someone please help me with my problem about what you do with the dropped color at the end of each row. I don't know if you carry the color across or weave it in, which doesn't seem right. I think there must be another way that I don't know how to do. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

At the end of a row do you carry the dropped color across with the next row or do you fasten off?

About the designer

My mom taught me to knit when I was in primary school. A few years later, after four failed attempts I learnt to crochet (thanks to my aunt) and fell in love with amigurumi. Right now I can't stop ...
