(33)" i am new to crocheting so maybe i'm jut reading it wrong what is the same st here? the ch or the sl st? i tried in both but did not work out to what i thought it should look like for the pictures posted help please
Single crochet in the same stitch that you slip stitched into. This is the start of the patterned part you see on the side of the mug. It will not reach all the way around, rather you will start working back and forth at this point.
I LOVE THIS PATTERN, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING IT. A GREAT WAY TO USE UP SOME OF MY LEFT OVER COTTON YARN AND MAKE GIFTS FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
I love this pattern! I of course forgot to take a picture of the one I made, but it fit the mug perfectly even though it was a non-standard mug (narrower on the bottom and wider on top).
How many in the initial magic ring chain?
Nevermind...i have just recently gotten back into crochet and have not heard some of these terms before...I had only ever done one stitch before. Google is a wonderful thing.
So happy to have found this pattern. I was thinking of something similar but have never made a pattern before. This is perfect! Thanks for sharing.
