"Dream Big Little One" baby blanket is worked all in one piece in single crochet (sc), with bobble stitches worked to create the raised letters.
The center yellow section with the words is worked by following charts for the placement of the bobble stitches.
A photo tutorial on how to make a bobble stitch is included
The border is worked in single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc) and a picot stitch.
Finished Size is approx: 38" across x 48" high
Baby blanket was made using Deborah Norville Everyday Soft Worsted
(4 oz./203 yards/186m) per skein
- 4 Skeins Baby Yellow
- 3 Skeins Mist
- 3 Skeins Snow White
Note on yarn usage: I used 4 skeins of Baby Yellow and 3 skeins of Mist, but only had about 1/2 oz. remaining of each. So if you crochet loosely, you may want to purchase an extra skein of those colors.

My name is Doni, and I live in Indiana with my wonderful husband and 4 adorable (and sometimes bratty) cats :) I caught the crafting bug early, and love to crochet, knit, quilt, sew, cross stitch, embroider, and papercraft just to name a few :) But my biggest passion is crocheting which I've been doing since my Grandma taught me when I was 8 years old.
