This is a very easy pattern with spectacular results! I love crocheted blankets and I also am very fond of fabric! Put the two together and you have one really unique and thoughtful piece of hand made goodness!

Complete crochet and hand sewing instructions are included for the approx 31" x 30" blanket and I have added two edging options! The instructions do not include the name of any of the fabric shown. You will need to choose and purchase your own fabric and coordinating yarn.

My customers and clients love that it is a unique, one of a kind, hand made family heirloom!

If you are making one as a gift for a friend who is expecting, she will feel this way! If you are making it for your own child, YOU will feel this way! And, if you are making it for the toddler or child in your life, well, just look at their face! That will say it all!

Thank you to all who have been requesting the pattern for this blanket! I so appreciate the tremendous interest and support!

Good Adorable, easy, and fun to make!  February 21, 2013

I really enjoyed this pattern; it was surprisingly simple. I just finished my first blanket and I'm already working on another one. I took off one star because certain things about sewing it aren't explained in the pattern.

Excellent Roll Tide!!  February 17, 2013

This was an easy pattern to follow!! It moved along quickly and was mindless crocheting while watching TV. Loved making it for my granddaughter!! I am currently working on the same project but making it full size for a throw blanket for my daughter in law.

I loved this little blanket and hope my nephew on the way will too. His mom is a KU fan and I just thought this would be a perfect little project to welcome the baby into the world of sports.

I was taught to knit by my mother in my teens in the '70's and I quickly went from that to cross stitch and then needlepoint.

Life goes on to a full time job, marriage, a child and then in early in 2004, I was forced to stay off my feet. I pick up the needles and started with knitting a scarf and then another, and then another! Next thing I know, I have 50 of them!
