  • Magic Ring - can also use ch 2 - 6sc in second chain
  • triple crochet
  • half double crochet
  • double crochet

Pattern Description:

I want to jump over the moon like my daddy did, but I'm too little. I just can" t seem to get a good running start. My mommy said when I grow up I will be able to do it. I sure hope so, I can hardly wait :)

This is the third of a series of wall hangings for the nursery. These would make great shower gifts. Especially if this is the theme that the parents are decorating the nursery in.

Gauge:

gauge is not important.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • cow is 14 & 1/2 " tall and wide
  • moon is 9 & 1/2 " tall

Materials:

  • loops and threads charisma: white (1 ball - you will use all of it)
  • loops and thread charisma : charisma (approx 1/2 ball)
  • loops and thread charisma: yellow (small amount - moon)

You Will Also Need:

  • 6 mm hook
  • 22 mm oval safety eyes (1 pair)
  • 30 mm comical eyes (if you decide to use for the moon)
  • 2 small buttons (for the muzzle)
  • small amount of black and red yarn (embroider the eyes and mouth on the moon)
  • stitch marker

Suggested yarn:

200 yards of Bulky weight
