Pattern Description:

This versatile shawl/wrap can be worn straight or tied. Instructions are also provided for a pointed or straight-bottom sleeve option. The zigzag design is worked diagonally for a unique twist.

If you love to work with thread and beads, this is the perfect project for the intermediate crocheter.

The instructions are very detailed. It is helpful to circle the instructions pertaining to the desired size.

This pattern is written in U.S. terms.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • The finished chest sizes are: 35, 41-3/8 and 47-3/4. Additional size variations can be achieved by changing the hook size.


  • Crochet cotton, size 10, in 400 yd. (365 m) balls - light ecru (4-6 balls), and small amounts of light copper, brown and cream
  • Size 7 (1.65 mm) steel crochet hook
  • 2 - 0.67 oz. (19 g) bags of Heishi beads
