Basic Skills Necessary:

  • basic crochet stitches (sc, hdc, dc)
  • skipping stitches
  • working in end of rows

Pattern Description:

Enjoy a splash of color, and keep your little one warm with this vertically worked, easily shaped vest that even a beginner can succeed in creating.

I like to attempt to create designs worked vertically, as I feel the stitches hold up a little better and stretches better, where needed. This design is one that my kids both love, and like putting on this vest for those chilly mornings of spring and fall.
