Pattern Description:

Ruffles are every little girl delight! This fun skirt comes in sizes from newborn up to 7 years old and gives instructions to customize the skirt with more or less ruffles. Customize it is a solid color as many. The pattern also comes with instructions to make the coordinating flower headband. The pattern is a PDF File and was released June 2013.
