What mm size is your hook? US 4 seems too small to me.

I am also having a problem with what yarn to use. I can not find a coversion to US type yarns. I am working on this scarf using Simply Soft but it dose not look like it will drape like the photo.

Hi there what yarn weight is used for this, it looks like worsted but if so then a 4 wont work, unless im missing something? Please advise.
