You are currently viewing the crochet pattern for the Alana Flats. This little pattern is a speedy work up with a cute finish. I love the texture of the shoes which makes them a bit more interesting to look at and top it with a band with a bow and you have a super cute result! In the process of this pattern I already have had people eyeing it for a new set of shoes for a baby shower, and why not, they are sure to be a hit!
This pattern is written for the following sizes:
- 0-3 months
- 3-6 months
- 6-9 months
- 9-12 months
- 12-18 months
- 18-24 months
- 24-30 months
- 30-36 months
This pattern is fairly simple and requires the use of some basic stitches (ch, slst, sc, hdc) as well as the basic decrease stitches (sc2tog). The pattern also uses a slst2tog which is a bit uncommon but you can easily find tutorials online for a 'how to' if you are unsure.
You will need both a 3.50mm (E) and 3.75mm (F) hook for this pattern.

My names Mel and I am a bit of a crochet fanatic :) My nanna attempted to teach me how to knit at a young age and i really wasn't very good at it. A friend a school taught me how to crochet a granny square and since then I have been hooked! (Get it 'hooked'?!)
I started designing patterns earlier this year and have received so much support for my little business :)
