Pattern Description:

This is a PDF file for a crochet pattern to complete a fun textured beanie style hat. This makes a great hat for a photo shoot or a photographer who needs photo props!

All of my patterns are written using Standard U.S. Crochet Terminology.


15 stitches and 12.5 rows in single crochet = 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 0-3 months: 12-14" circumference
  • 3-6 months: 14-16" circumference
  • 6-12 months: 16-18" circumference
  • 12-24 months: 18-19.5" circumference
  • toddler/child: 19-20.5" circumference
  • teen/adult: 21-22" circumference


  • 4 oz or less of worsted weight cotton yarn
  • "K" (6.5 mm) crochet hook
