14 stitches and 11 rows = 4 inches in half double crochet (United States terminology)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Size 1 - sole measures 4.75" long by 2.25" wide, 5.25" tall
Size 2 - sole measures 5.25" long by 2.25" wide, 5.5" tall;
Size 3 - sole measures 5.75" long by 2.5" wide, 5.75" tall;

Materials:
