Pattern Description:
This is a PDF crochet pattern for a fun textured unisex newsboy hat. It's adorable for both boys and girls and even adults! A little bit of crochet experience is recommended for this one, it uses front and back post double crochet and requires sewing on buttons.
All of my patterns are written using U.S. Standard Crochet Terminology.
Gauge:
15 stitches and 7 rows in double crochet = 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Newborn: 12-13" circumference
- 0-3 months: 13-14" circumference
- 3-6 months: 14-16" circumference
- 6-12 months: 16-18" circumference
- toddler/child: 18-20" circumference
- teen/adult: 20-22" circumference
- large adult: 22-24" circumference
Materials:
- worsted weight yarn
- "J" (6 mm) crochet hook
