Pattern Description:

Basic crochet slipper-loafers for babies and toddlers

These loafers are worked with a simple toe/up, one/piece method, bottom included!
You do not have to work a sole, before you can start the slipper!

Sizes for infant to 24 months, boys and girls.
Perfect gift for the baby, your own, or someone else's!

The slippers are worked with Worsted, and slightly undersized hook, to achieve a sturdy slipper-shoe.
For walking babies, add non-skid to the sole, and it's a perfect first-shoe!
Adjustable string around the instep for safe fitting.

Additional for the slippers:
Inserting handmade insoles will add sturdiness to the shoes.
Attach crochet-soles under the slippers, and you'll achieve an almost real baby-shoe! See pics, and more info below.

Attaching tailored crochet soles, will extend the lifetime for the slippers, protect them against wear and tear and make them more comfy, warm and sturdy! And make the slippers look like real shoes!

Inserting handmade insoles, will add extra comfort and softness to the slippers. It looks nice, and keeps the slippers in shape. Personalize the insoles with pretty fabric and labels! A very good gift-idea!

Adding out- and insoles to the crochet-slippers, you'll achieve a pair of long-lasting, warm, and extra sturdy home-shoes!
