Pattern Description:

A silly looking owl to perch on your lapel . . .

I have always thought that even the most miniscule amounts of yarn will come in handy one day and as a result I have acquired a very big basketful of leftovers. This is just a silly but fun pattern I designed as a way of using some of them up.

Generally I have used DK weight but sometimes I've used finer yarns and sometimes thicker, but I always use a 3.0mm hook. Sorry I never measured how much yarn I actually used but you won't need much. Only basic skills are required including forming magic rings, single crochet, double crochet and SC increasing and decreasing (US Crochet Terms); the tutorial gives full instructions as well as images. The PDF pattern is an instant download and once you get started I'm here to help if you need it.
