Quickly worked from the top down, this shawl has gorgeous texture: the relief stitches are worked in rays coming from the center neck, and bursting outward towards the bottom edge. The technique is deceptively simple.
The sample shawl shown in the photo was made with Plymouth Yarn's Royal Bamboo (100% bamboo) with a K/10.5 (6.5mm) crochet hook.
Finished size: 34" x 84"
To make the Sea Relief Shawl you will need:
K/10.5 (6.5mm) crochet hook
750 yards of worsted weight yarn
(2dc, ch2) = 1", 1 row dc = 1"
