- 0-3 months: Circumference 14 inches
- 3-6 months: Circumference 15.5 inches
- 6-12 months: Circumference 17 inches
- Toddler to Small Child: Circumference 18.5 inches
- Older Child to Small Teen: Circumference 20 inches
- Large Teen to Adult: Circumference 21.5 inches

- Worsted weight yarn in blue and white
- 5.5mm hook
