As with most of my patterns, this beautiful design can be interpreted in many ways.
Using fine crochet cotton and a smaller ring you will have a delicate necklace to wear with dainty summer tops and dresses
OR grab a larger wooden curtain ring, some chunky yarn in fabulous colours and create a bold and beautiful statement piece or even a wall hanging.
This will be quite do-able for an advanced beginner. And I have included links for a couple of more "scary" techniques.
This decorative piece can be made in various weights of yarn. Ring size can vary and so weight of yarn and gauge must vary to suit.
My Mum was a brilliant needlewoman so I learned to knit at 5 .
My Nanna taught me to crochet at about 10.
Love to create something beautiful from almost nothing. That extends from crochet and knitting through to my garden and in the kitchen.
It is the only way to live........in my opinion.
Frugally and simply means happily to me.
