0-6 mos. - 14" (fits up to 15.5")
6-12 mos.- 16" (fits up to 17.5")
1-4 year - 18" (fits up to 19.5")
Permission to sell finished product, not the pattern.
Gauge:
With H/8 hook, 12 sc and 13 rows = 4 inches
