It uses worsted weight yarn and a G6/4.00 mm crochet hook.

It uses single crochet, double crochet and front post double crochet. Large print and pictures. As long as you have basic crochet skills, I think you will be surprised at how easily this works up.

You get four sizes:
Newborn - 12"(30.48cm) - fits up to 13.5"(34.29cm)
0-6 mos. - 14"(35.56cm) - fits up to 15.5"(39.37cm)
6-12 mos - 16"(40.64cm) - fits up to 17.5"(44.45cm)
Toddler - 18"(45.72cm) - fits up to 19.5"(49.53cm)

With G6/4.00mm hook, 16dc and 8 rows = 4 inches
