Pattern Description:
The Koala Bear hat is crocheted in the round using acrylic yarn. Then the ears, nose and eyes are crocheted and sewn on. Functional yet cute!
Crochets up easily using all single crochet.
Gauge:
With I/9 hook and Red Heart Yarn, 12 sc and 14 rows = 4 inches
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 0-6 mos. - 14" (fits up to 15.5")
- 6-12 mos. - 16" (fits up to 17.5")
- 1-2 Years - 18" (fits up to 19.5")
- Child - 20" (fits up to 21.5")
Materials:
- Red Heart Super Saver 100% acrylic yarn in Grey Heather, 5oz (141g), 244yds (223m)
- Lion Brand Fun Fur in Taupe, 1.75oz (50g), 64yd (58m)
- (2) - 5/8" smooth round buttons for eyes or safety eyes.
- Small amount of white and black yarn
You Will Also Need:
- Crochet Hook Size me /9 (5.50 mm)
- Yarn Needle and safety pin or other row marker
