This is a fabulous pattern if you love texture, definitely on my favorites list! This newsboy is not only fun to make but it has a double thickness to the fabric which makes it super warm! (The texture is more open in the middle though, so not suited for the extreme cold weather...but perfect for fall!) Not a beginner pattern, this one is better suited to those with experience with post stitches.
All of my patterns are written in U.S. Standard Crochet Terminology.

15 stitches and 7 rows in double crochet = 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm)
Both my grandmothers taught me how to crochet when I was a child. In the fall of 2010, I got involved with crocheting again and it has quickly become a passion. I love creating patterns!
