Pattern Description:

A pair of fingerless gloves with a fold-over, textured cuff at the fingers and a button closure at the wrist.

Made with fingering yarn, these gloves are a wonderful stash buster - needing only 1.5 ounces/45 grams for each pair. The pattern calls for two 1/2" buttons, but you could use slightly smaller or larger ones if you have a couple unique ones you'd like to show off. Just remember to adjust the button loop to fit.

The pattern uses basic stitches: chain, slip stitch, single & double crochet; plus foundation single crochet & front-post double crochet. Instructions are included for the foundation stitch and the post double crochet.

Gauge:

12 rows in dc + 16 sts = 4 inches

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size fits most - length of glove is easily customized.

You Will Also Need:

  • Crochet hook - US size D/ (3.25mm)
  • 2 - 1/2" buttons
  • Yarn needle for weaving in ends
