Like the Helleborus flower, which blooms in February, you will look forward to Winter all year long, so you can wear these dazzling fitted gloves. Extended single crochet stitches create a delicately textured canvas that is embellished with slip stitch vines, berries and an alluring flower at the wrist.
This glove pattern was originally designed for Tangled Webzine. Since they are no longer producing the magazine, they have graciously allowed me to post the pattern, including their layout and photography.
16 stitches x 8 rows= 4", in extended single crochet.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 8 1/2" wide at fingers, 6" wide at the elbow, and 14 1/2" long when glove is laid flat, and before seams are stitched.
- Berroco Ultra Alpaca in 5 colors, 1 skein of each color. Hook sizes D/3 (3.25mm) E/4 (3.50mm) .
