Sizes and measurements:
The pattern is written for child size, changes for adult small and large sizes are in [].

Child - 22cm (8 1/2 in) wide, 24cm (9 1/2 in) long
Adult Small - 27cm (10 1/2 in) wide, 34cm (13 1/2 in) long
Adult Large - 31cm (12 in) wide, 34cm (13 1/2 in) long
When choosing the size keep in the mind that they are stretching quite a lot, so the finished size of the leg warmer must be smaller than your leg actually is.
The sample is in size adult small.

Materials:
sport weight yarn approx. 80gr up to 140gr (or 350 up to 620yards). For the sample I used alpaca blend yarn
small amount of contrasting colour yarn (sport weight yarn as well)
crochet hook 3.5mm (E) or size needed to obtain gauge
buttons (I used 14 buttons, but you can choose how many to use)
tapestry needle

Gauge:
10sts and 4 rows in main pattern = 2inches (5 cm)
