The Color Me Happy Kerchief is a great way to keep your hair back in a stylish and happy way. It also makes a great neck scarf, or make it much larger and create a stylish shawl. It is named Color Me Happy because the way the Baker's Cotton yarn works up in the linen stitch, it reminds me of the drawings my daughters make for me.
Whatever size you want!
AUNT LYDIA'S(r) Baker's Cotton ~ 1 skein, plus a small amount of a few other colors if you want to add in some stripes

Not important, just keep adding rows until the kerchief is the size you want!

Once upon a time I was a professional costume designer/builder. Then I met a boy. You know how that goes. Now I am a Stay At Home Mom in NJ. We have twin girls who were born in July '07. The artist in me can not stay still, and we could use more income, so here I am! I love creating knit and crochet patterns, sewing (obviously!), book making, well...creating just about anything.
We also have a creative hobby. In some of our free time we are Medieval Re-creationists.
You can learn more about me, and see lots of fun snaps of my children and other creations on my blog, ~or~ You can keep tabs on my creations on my facebook page, both are linked below with my other crafty pages.
