Hi there! My name is Sarah, and I’m addicted to crochet. I’m a 30-something that daylights as a civil engineer. By night, I’m wielding a hook and hanging with the world’s cutest pup, Jack (check out that picture….aren’t you totally in love?!) I have been crocheting since I was 18 and love learning new and unique stitches.
Welcome to Fiber & Hook, the crochet pattern shop! All patterns are my original designs. They are all written in standard US terminology, and great care is taken to ensure that they are easy to follow. Patterns are pdf Instant Downloads via Craftsy that will be available to you immediately once your payment clears.
I am inspired by a love of geometry (yeah, I’m just a bit nerdy)…the way stitches work together, the creation of something entirely unique, form and structure. And once all the technical stuff is done, the creation of something beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Every crocheter/knitter/crafter/diyer knows the joy of creating something special for someone special. It’s what drives me (hey, all of us) to continue creating and crafting.
