Pattern Description:

I wrote this pattern for a very favorite cousin who is currently undergoing chemo. I wanted her to feel a hug while she is in treatment. Betsy is very dear to my heart.

My shawl is worked side-to-side with the border added on at the end. It is a very easy shawl to make and the silk is stunning! It makes any outfit pop!

Gauge:

16 dc = 4" (10 cm); 7 dc rows = 4" (10cm)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 83" (211 cm) long x 17" (43 cm) at widest point

Materials:

  • CROCHET HOOK: US H-8 (5 mm) or size to obtain gauge
