Off late, I have been researching beret construction and proportions, to get that perfect fit and shape that I love about berets. Just getting started here!
STANDARD US TERMINOLOGY USED
Gauge:
16 stitches and 9 rows = 4 inches in Double crochet (dc)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Preemie, Baby, Toddler, Child/Teen, Adult, Large Adult
Materials:
- Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi) 200 - 300 yards (183 - 274 m)
- 4.0 mm (US G) & 4.5 mm crochet hook
