Excellent Class

I'm a former engineer who has taken up art in my retirement. I'm surprised at some of the reviews that expressed confusion or disappointment with this class. Perhaps having drafting in high school and studying isometric projections in college gave me a head up, but this class was everything that I could have asked for. I had perspective described in a drawing class, but when later drawing a building, I felt there was a lot more I needed to know. This class filled the bill.

Excellent Class

Having studied Technical Drawing way back in art class 45 years ago, I was amazed how much came back to me watching this class. I found Jeff's style of teaching concise and thorough. Make no mistake though, it's not a beginner drawing class, having said that I think anyone who is prepared to work through the exercises given will be able to understand perspective. There is not much free drawing in the class, your rulers will be your best friend hence the science in the title.

Instruction Could Not Be Clearer

I love to paint cityscapes in oil, but wanted to improve my drawing skills before moving into less forgiving watercolor paintings. This course is my missing link. The instructor moves patiently step by step through the process leaving no room for confusion.
