"Erin is a fantastic instructor. This class was as enjoyable to watch as it was instructional. What I particularly love about Erin's class is that I learned 5 specific (and food safe!) techniques to design my own stamps and cakes. I can envision myself applying these techniques to a wide variety of cakes, and maybe even cookies. I think I'm sometimes an anomaly in the cake decorating world, because I really only feel comfortable using food-safe items on my cakes (whereas some others are a bit more lenient and will go non-toxic, but not necessarily food-safe). I really loved that every solution Erin presented is food-safe, but still incredibly creative and beautiful. Thanks for a great class!"
