Clear And Simple

This class is wonderful. The directions are clear and she makes the whole process seem simple. I especially like that she warns us ahead about possible pitfalls when purchasing or measuring the fabric.

Great Class!

I've been sewing for 20+ years and have been wanting to make roman shades for a while, but I never did because they looked intimidating. Well, they are not! Susan breaks down all the steps and the shades were simple to construct. They went together faster than I was expecting too.

Great Resource

I am an experienced seamstress and have made many balloon / roman shades (not as many roman shades). The instructor showed me some techniques that had not occurred to me. In a few instances, she's a little less precise than me - I use a cutting mat with marked measurements and a rotary cutter to get straight lines - but she's instructing and trying to teach people with all kinds of experience.

Perfect Class

I have made Roman Shades before but this class has taught me so much. Being in a family that relocates often I feel more confident and will spend a lot less time trying to figure out my designs.
