YUM, YUM, YUM!

This was a great class from a great teacher. He made the BBQ process, that I never quite understood, now seem so easy and doable. Finally, I can stop going to the store to buy all my BBQ and actually do it myself. I can't wait. Great tips and explanation. Thanks so much for this class!

Wonderful Class

Ray is a great teacher who presents in an informal laid back style, and geared to 'regular' people. Ray made me believe that I can do great backyard BBQ. I highly recommend having Ray return to do another BBQ series, such as competition BBQ, and BBQ'ing additional items not covered in this class. I would like to see him explain in greater detail about cookers and what are the pro's and con's of each one. Ray is easy to listen to and follow. Great Intro to BBQ Class!

I've always been a little intimidated by making barbecue. Ray is a great teacher and he has make it easy and accessible for me to begin my barbecue exploration. I have already made the chicken and it was outrageously good. I can't wait to try the brisket next.

Learn At The Feet Of The Master

I have cooked BBQ briskets for over 30 years. Ray Lampe taught me many things I did not learn through my own trial and error. The cost of this course is less than a couple of burned briskets. Study this course and get it right from the start.
