In Fashion-Inspired Fondant, you'll learn about the design process and how to turn your sketches and ideas into tasty reality. Fondant, gum paste and rice paper become lace, quilted fabric and feathers, turning simple cakes into couture creations. Instructor Joshua John Russell explains his design process, teaches you how to make reusable fondant molds and demonstrates the use of impression mats and gum paste tools for fabulous, elegant results.
