New To Brioche

Have wanted to try Brioche for some time and this course made it look easy and natural. A great instructor and so practical. You know, just brush away the excess flour - nothing fancy, just brush with you hand. Made the dough yesterday and overnight in the fridge. This morning divided it and baked one into a loaf - it is now cooling. Tomorrow it will become twice baked Brioche. The second will be Craquelin - the oranges are cooking now.
