Learn it...

Yellowed basil, scanty tomatoes, stunted cucumbers - just a handful of the many reasons why gardeners give up trying to grow fruits, herbs and vegetables. But don't throw in the trowel! Craftsy has teamed up with expert gardener and Better Homes and Gardens editor Doug Jimerson to bring you more than seven hours of video instruction on how to plan, plant, tend to and properly harvest delicious edibles from your very own garden.

Garden Fresh: Grow Your Own Vegetables, Fruits and Herbs will teach you how and when to start seeds indoors. It will help you make the most of limited garden spaces. As you get to know your unique growing conditions, you'll learn to diagnose common soil, plant and bug problems. Also covered: Why tomatoes are America's garden favorite, and how to help them flourish in your garden! You'll learn up-to-date success secrets for greens, strawberries, fruit trees and much more, and be ready to venture into new crops like walking onions, scented geraniums, rue and lovage.

Doug is eager to answer your questions and offer his insights along the way. Once you register, the class is yours to view whenever you like, season after season. So get ready for your garden to grow like never before. Sign up for Garden Fresh: Grow Your Own Vegetables, Fruits & Herbs today!

This has been a great class and Doug is an excellent teacher Even though I have been gardening most of my life, I learned more info about why some of my gardens did not produce well. I have recommended this class to my gardening friends and I know I will use this again next year Doug has been very prompt in answering questions and I enjoy the input from other classmates
